Privacy Policy

1. Clutter

Clutter accesses screenshots in the photo library only with the user’s permission and processes them on the device. Photos and screenshots are not uploaded to NuffTools servers.

The free version may display advertising. Depending on consent and device settings, advertising services from Google AdMob and Meta may process information such as device identifiers, app activity, and approximate location to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. Declining tracking permission does not limit the app’s core functionality.

Clutter Pro purchases and restorations are processed by the Apple App Store. NuffTools does not receive complete payment card information.

2. Nudge31

Goals, check-ins, and tasks are stored on the user’s device by default. When optional cloud sync is enabled, an Apple or Google sign-in identifier and selected synchronized content may be processed to provide the account and sync features.

Notifications are provided only with permission. Advertising in the free version and App Store subscriptions or one-time purchases may require the relevant service providers to process information under their own policies.

3. Retention and deletion

Information stored only on the device is removed when the app data or app is deleted. To request deletion of a cloud account and synchronized data, contact us below. Limited information may be retained where required for legal obligations, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention.

4. Children’s privacy

The services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn that this has occurred, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

5. Third-party services and changes

Third-party services, including Apple, Google, and Meta, are governed by their own privacy policies. We may update this policy when our features or legal requirements change and will post the revised date on this page.
