Privacy Policy

1. Clutter

Clutter accesses screenshots in the photo library only with the user’s permission and processes them on the device. Photos and screenshots are not uploaded to NuffTools servers.

Clutter does not require registration or sign-in. Image data and EXIF metadata from photos and screenshots are not sent to NuffTools servers or to advertising or analytics tools.

The free version may display Google AdMob advertising. To deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and comply with legal requirements, Google may process information such as device or other identifiers, IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information, and approximate location. The scope of processing and whether ads are personalized depend on consent and device settings.

Where required, we use Google’s User Messaging Platform to present advertising privacy choices. Declining advertising choices does not limit Clutter’s core functionality.

Clutter Pro purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. RevenueCat may process store purchase identifiers and transaction information to verify purchase status and provide restoration. NuffTools does not receive complete payment card information.

2. Nudge31

Goals, check-ins, and tasks are stored on the user’s device by default. When optional cloud sync is enabled, an Apple or Google sign-in identifier and selected synchronized content may be processed to provide the account and sync features.

Notifications are provided only with permission. Advertising in the free version and App Store subscriptions or one-time purchases may require the relevant service providers to process information under their own policies.

3. Retention and deletion

Clutter data such as folders, notes, and tags is stored on the device. On iOS, original photos remain under the user’s control in Photos. On Android, originals moved to Clutter are stored in a local Clutter folder, hidden from the gallery, and can be copied back with Save a copy to Gallery. Deleting app data or the app may remove organization information, so users should keep any backups they need. NuffTools does not retain photos or screenshots on its servers.

4. Children’s privacy

The services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn that this has occurred, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

5. Third-party services and changes

Third-party services, including Apple, Google Play, Google AdMob, and RevenueCat, are governed by their own privacy policies. We may update this policy when our features or legal requirements change and will post the revised date on this page.
