1. Using the services

You may use the apps for personal, lawful purposes in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. You may not misuse an app or interfere with its normal operation.

2. User content and data

You retain rights to photos, goals, notes, and other content you create or organize in an app. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and securing your device or account.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

Clutter Pro may be offered as a one-time in-app purchase. Nudge31 Premium may be offered as a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time purchase. Availability may vary by location and over time.

Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled under the terms and account settings of the app marketplace where the purchase was made. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled under the relevant store rules.

4. Changes and termination

We may change or discontinue features where necessary for quality, security, or operational reasons. When practicable, material changes will be communicated in an app or through an official channel.

5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the apps are provided as available. NuffTools does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, removal of every error, goal achievement, productivity outcomes, or recovery of user data.

6. Platform terms and contact
